Guelph Lake tri never seems to disappoint as far as weather and once again Sunday was perfect racing conditions (maybe a little windy but hey no rain & sunny skies so who’s complaining.
With the other team members getting ready for Welland http://www.msctriathlon.com/ms/ it was just me from the team on the start line.
All in all a good race, I am fighting a bit of a leg injury that only seems to affect my riding but still rode a bit faster than last year. I am loving my SpeedConcept and am also surprised that I can actually feel the difference from the aero helmet. They say it makes a bigger difference than race wheels and I now believe it.Ended 4th overall and 1st in my age group so a good day.
For anyone that wants to run some intervals tonight we have a pretty laid back group that meets at 6pm at Churchill park. All welcome.
