GENERAL SKILLS anatomy of the bike…mechanics tube changes etc, basic road rules,

Sunday June 10 4:00-5:00 PM (Ayesha and Katie)

Session 1 : Emergency braking, starting, stopping

Sunday June 10th  9:00-10:30 (Ayesha and Suzanne)


 Thurs June 14 6-730 pm (Suzanne)

Session 2: HILLS at poplar plains and russle hill
Wed July 11 6-7:30pm (Ayesha and Suzanne)
Sun July 15 9-10:30 (Ayesha and Katie)
Session 3: Riding in a pack, cornering and more mechanical things (drinking while riding, grabbing bottles while riding etc…)
Sun Aug 12 9-10:30(Ayesha and Katie)
Thur 16 6-730 pm (Suzanne and Katie)

The mandate for these clinics is to help women get comfortable with their bikes.  We direct the sessions towards specific goals, but we stop frequently to discuss any and all questions that you have.  It is done in a supportive, non competitive atmosphere where no skill is too basic and no question is left undiscussed.

The link to our other 2012 Tri Trek Toronto Team Free Events is also listed below. These sessions are meant to teach newer triathletes some essential transition and open water skills. The first session will be on Tuesday June 12th and will focus on transitions for beginners. There is also an advanced transitions session and several open water swim sessions.
