We will meet inside the Trek Bicycle Store at 2063 Yonge St. at 7pm please be on time. The clinic should last about 45 minutes. You do not need to bring anything for this session. An outline of the clinic is below.

Race Day Plan We will discuss how to approach race day and how and where to set up your transition spot up.
Execution. I will demonstrate how to lay out your transition spot and how to move through T1 and T2 smoothly and efficiently.
